*Signs created for outdoor use are intended to be in a covered area such as a front porch and are sealed with one coat of Minwax Helmsman Spar Urethane. If you intend to display the sign in an outdoor space that is directly exposed to the elements we recommend that you apply 1-2 more coats of the Spar Urethane to protect it. The urethane can be applied with a disposable sponge brush.
